Growth Group Coordinators & Organizers

Connect Christian founders
Build the groups that will transform Africa

Growing a business is lonely.

Finding the right peers to share the journey with can be just as difficult.

To reach our goal of creating 1,000,000 good jobs, we need to mobilize 25,000 small businesses across the continent.

We are looking for Growth Group Coordinators and Organizers who excel at networking, gathering people, and forming communities.

If you have a natural gift for bringing people together, but prefer not to teach or lead the actual monthly curriculum sessions, this role allows you to drive massive economic impact by building the network.

Masterminding the Network

While our professionally trained Facilitators focus on guiding the 3 to 4-hour monthly meetings and delivering curated content, Coordinators serve as our vital community builders.

Your core mission is to

  • Identify Christian founders of small businesses—specifically those with at least 5 employees who have been running for at least 5 years;

  • Organize them into tailored Growth Groups of up to 12 peers.

  • Act as the catalyst who brings these founders out of isolation, organizing the initial group formations and setting up regional events to expand the community.

Who Are You?

This role is designed for highly connected individuals who want to leverage their network for a larger purpose:

  • You love being part of building God's Kingdom

  • You have a natural ability to gain the attention of large amounts of people and you want to channel that influence to make a positive, lasting impact.

  • You love organizing events and connecting people with the right resources.

  • Being part of a team: You will be closely partnering with Growth Group facilitators who will lead the regular meetings.
