Viable Vision
Turning Your Current Top-Line Revenue into Net Bottom-Line Profit Within 4 Years.
This page is for owners of already-profitable businesses in South Africa. If you are here, it means we’ve already had an initial conversation about your business, your goals, and what is holding you back. You are not a cold lead. You are here because you want to understand, in clear and practical terms, what the Viable Vision Program is, how it works, and what it costs. Viable Vision is a structured, multi‑year program designed to help you turn your current top-line revenue into your net bottom-line profit within four years. It is not a quick fix or a motivational course. It is a disciplined way of running and improving your business so that it becomes a stronger, more valuable asset. By the end of this page, you should know exactly what Viable Vision means in your context, how the program runs, what the investment looks like, and what the first step is.

What Does “Viable Vision” Actually Mean?
A Viable Vision is a very specific idea: to turn your current top-line revenue into your net bottom-line profit within four years. In other words, if your business is currently doing R X in annual revenue, the Viable Vision is to build a business that can generate that same number as net profit. This is not about chasing endless growth for its own sake. It is about making your existing revenue far more profitable, reducing chaos, and building a business that is easier to run and scale.
- To do this, we work on four broad areas: establishing a clear, measurable Viable Vision; designing the organisation’s roles, structure, and accountability; identifying focused priorities for the next 6–12 months; and implementing a simple, disciplined weekly operating rhythm. The rest of this page explains how the program is structured to achieve that.
How the Viable Vision Program Runs
Moving from Clarity to Execution
The Viable Vision Program has three initial phases, followed by an ongoing operating cadence. The goal is to move from clarity, to design, to execution. Phase 1 – Initial Diagnostic & Vision Setting Session. Duration: 2 Hours. Facilitator: Ashton. Investment: R 5,000. This is the starting point for every client. In this 2-hour working session we will: Look honestly at your current numbers and performance; Clarify what “turning your current top line into bottom line” would mean in rands for your business; Identify the primary constraint between where you are now and where you want to be; Sketch the high-level path from your current reality to your Viable Vision. You will leave this session with a clearer picture of what is possible and what it would take.
Phase 2: Initial Org Design
Phase 2 – Initial Viable Vision Org Design. Duration: 1 Day (Intensive). Facilitator: Ashton. Investment: R 25,000. Once we have defined your Viable Vision, we design the organisation that can achieve it. During this 1-day intensive, we will: Map core value streams; Identify key roles and populate streams with the right people; Create an organisational diagram for your Viable Vision level; Define 10 major milestones; Use constraint-based thinking to sequence builds and avoid overwhelm. You will leave this day with a clear picture of the business you are building and the major steps between here and there.
Phase 3: Execution Planning
Phase 3 – Initial 6-Month Execution Planning Session. Duration: 1 Day (Intensive). Facilitator: Ashton. Investment: R 25,000. We plan the first 6 months of execution by deciding: What to Change First (Performance, Capability, Capacity); What to Change To (Products, Processes, Policies, Systems, People); How to Cause the Change (step-by-step implementation); and How to Measure the Impact. The Ongoing Operating Cadence: Daily (15m), Weekly (90m), Monthly (4h), and 6-Monthly (1 Day) sessions facilitate focused execution, roadblock removal, monthly review, and strategic pivoting.

Your Next Step: Book the 2-Hour Vision Setting Session
The Viable Vision Program is a serious, long-term commitment. It is not the right fit for every business, and not every business is ready for it.
That is why the first step is always the 2-Hour Diagnostic & Vision Setting Session.
In this session, we will:
• Run through your current numbers and performance.
• Clarify what “turning your current top line into bottom line” would mean for your business.
• Identify your primary constraint.
• Outline what a realistic path over the next few years could look like.
This session:
• Does not commit you to the rest of the program.
• Is designed to be valuable in its own right, even if you decide not to continue.
• Gives both of us the information we need to decide whether it makes sense to take the next step together.
If, after this session, you decide not to proceed, you will still leave with a clearer understanding of your business and its constraints.
