If you are an experienced business leader, passionate about helping entrepreneurs, guiding impactful conversations, and organizing people, this is your opportunity to be on the front lines of eradicating poverty in Africa.

The 5-2-50 Growth Groups are the core mechanism of our movement.
Groups consist of up to 12 founders who meet for three to four hours every month.
As a facilitator, you will:

Guide your groups through curated, focused content.

Lead discussions based on the specific challenges founders are facing, helping them formulate practical action plans,

Facilitate accountability conversations with their peers in subsequent meetings.

Create a safe, challenging environment that educes the untapped potential of these founders
Scalable Impact: A single facilitator can lead up to ten different Growth Groups, creating a massive ripple effect of impact across hundreds of jobs.
More Than Just a Meeting Leader
Facilitators act as the crucial link between the founders and the broader 5-2-50 ecosystem.
Capital Distribution: As part of your professional training, you will be taught how to identify capital deployment opportunities. Facilitators form the front-line of our decentralized distribution network for the 5-2-50 Growth Fund, helping to guide groups through investment readiness and peer-accountability evaluations.
Curated, Focused Content: Over and above your professional training and certification, you will be equipped with hyper-focused, curated content that is specifically designed, and continually updated, to equip your founders to overcome their growth obstacles.
Structured Support: You will never lead alone. The 5-2-50 network uses a simple, layered structure where Senior Facilitators provide ongoing communication and oversight.
What We Are Looking For
What you commit to:

Leading monthly meetings of about 3 to 4 hours per group.

Leading up to ten groups.

Engaging with the 5-2-50 body of knowledge,

Providing clear feedback on what is working and what is not in the real world to continuously improve our curriculum.
Who you are:
- You have at least ten years experience in management, consulting, or running your own business.
- You love facilitating group discussions and having coaching and mentoring conversations in group and individual sessions.
- You believe that entrepreneurship is a calling, and live from a place of integrating your Christian faith with your work.
We are looking for individuals who can facilitate deep conversations, and the building of strong relationships
